i have also ordered off this site but the website i ordered from was called uggstar.co.uk but the confirmation email was from ugglyboot@yahoo.co.uk. i now cannot view the website infact both dont exist anymore. i have emailed them using the confirmation email and have got an email bk sayin the website is having problems but this is bull as it seems to have happened to all customers after they have made an order. they asure me that the products they sell are 100% real but im still not conbvinced. i foned pay pal and according to them they payment was unsussessful but again im not convinced. so im in the process of trying to cancel my order as i dont think its worth it i would rather pay the money than get fakes or none at all . . poppi well get a 11 don't get a 10 because they r kinda expensive if you are getting them too small, and they don't run small for me, i am a size 5 and get a size 6 cause you want room to grow. . . hope i helped
