Don't get classic tall, they're just gonna make her legs look shorter , as she is already so small. (so yes, they will look wierd!). I would suggest getting the short ones (NOT the mini ones, they make your feet look big). For color, get chestnut, as this color can go with everything, black brown...etc ( I have them in chestnut, but classic tall, as I am quite tall myself and have long legs). . If she wears a lot of brown, get her brown, and if she wears a lot of black, get her black. Tan gets dirty quite quickly, so can look old soon. There are some fun colors like blue and pink, so if you htink she'll like those, get her them.. . . But, I personally think short chestnut are the best. They are so practical and can go with anything!!. You're friend will love them!!. Hope I've helped!!.
